Apple’s AR/VR Headset Probably Won’t Show Up at WWDC 2022

The much-leaked Apple AR/VR headset won’t see the light of day until 2023, according to a new report citing “people familiar” with the project, meaning we won’t see it unveiled at the WWDC 2022 event this coming Monday. fair.

And the New York Times (opens in new tab) which has the report, saying the device – “a headset that blends the digital world with the real” – is now slated for release next year after “continuous challenges” with battery power ended any chance of a revelation in 2022.

As a photography fan, this news has my mind racing. Google phones are regularly on ‘s list of best camera phones, and if this hypothetical future powerhouse didn’t have to consider things like ‘affordability’, it could have a chance to knock the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra out of the top spot.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake delayed again – but not canceled

Ubisoft has confirmed that its Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake has not been cancelled, but has been delayed outside of its 2023 window, with no additional release date.

The announcement comes after some concern was expressed as retailers began to exclude pre-orders from the game. Understandably, many thought this was an indication that the problematic game could simply be cancelled. However, in a statement to the IGN (opens in new tab) Ubisoft said that is not the case and the Sands of Time remake is still in active development, reiterating the announcement (opens in new tab) this work was moved from Ubisoft Pune and Ubisoft Mumbai to Ubisoft Montreal.

More AMD and Nvidia graphics cards are now at the recommended price – or have dropped below that level – than GPUs that exceed their MSRP, according to a new report; but it is Team Red that offers the most competitive prices.

it comes from Tom’s Hardware (opens in new tab) who compressed a load of sales data to find that for current-gen RTX 3000 and RX 6000 graphics cards in May, prices dropped 15% on average compared to what retailers were asking in April.
